Using durable materials and the latest technology, Decoline ranges are built to last. Inspired collections are covered by a lifetime residential warranty and a 10-year commercial warranty.
Lifetime residential
10-year commercial
The manufacturer warrants flooring free from defects in workmanship and material for the periods above when installed for the intended residential or commercial use. At its option, Decoline will refund the purchase price or supply replacement material. Labour to replace flooring is not covered.
Cover depends on (among other conditions):
- Installation and maintenance in line with Decoline instructions
- Use of recommended adhesives (wet-based Mapei-VS90 is excluded)
- Installation by a certified or trained installer
- No excessive moisture, abnormal use, or exterior application
- Written notice of a claim within the warranty period
This warranty is offered in addition to rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
