It has never been easier to clean and maintain Decoline luxury vinyl. An enhanced protective surface treatment known as Nano Silver Anti-Bacterial protection is incorporated into our floors. Nano Silver offers outstanding slip, scuff and soiling resistance, resulting in an easier and more environmentally friendly cleaning regime. Regular maintenance will enhance the beauty and durability of your new floor.

We recommend DecoBond W-400H, a water-based acrylic adhesive. Pour onto the substrate, spread with a notched trowel, wait 10–15 minutes until tacky, then lay the covering within 30–40 minutes. Flatten from the centre towards the edges, press properly after installation and keep away from water for at least 3 days. Wet-based installation methods such as Mapei-VS90 are not covered under warranty. Decoline will not be liable if the prescribed adhesive system is not used or its instructions are not followed.

Install in accordance with AS 1884 flooring standards and practices. Subfloors must be permanently dry, smooth, level, clean and constructed to provide a firm foundation. Contact our customer service team or refer to the installation guide before laying over existing coverings.

Yes. Decoline luxury vinyl is a practical option throughout the home, with high safety compliance, easy maintenance and hygienic properties. From bathroom to kitchen, it is designed for any room of the house. Use appropriate wet-area silicone at perimeter gaps and do not allow water to pool.

Nano Silver surface protection on Decoline products eliminates the need for initial sealing. Floors should be fitted tightly so spillages do not seep through plank edges or custom cuts. Clean spills immediately to avoid slippery surfaces.

Yes. These subfloors are suitable only when covered with a minimum 5.5 mm flooring-grade hardboard (Masonite or similar) to reduce later movement in changing climatic conditions.

Yes. Finish the front edge of each step with compatible stair nosings. Your supplier can provide the information and advice needed for a stair installation.

Yes, provided the system is insulated so the surface temperature does not exceed 29°C. Switch heating off 48 hours before, during and 48 hours after installation, then raise temperature by a maximum of 3 degrees per hour. Tell your retailer and installer if under-floor heating is present so they can confirm compatibility.
